With over 20 years of experience in ministry, being a community leader, and a builder of purpose-driven initiatives, he founded Pathways to Independence – Texas to create dignified, supportive housing for individuals often left behind by traditional housing markets. Juan holds an M.B.A. in Business and Finance, along with a Master’s of Divinity and he has been a lifelong advocate for justice, community restoration, and advancement of the disenfranchised. His hands-on leadership blends faith-rooted values with professional oversight and allows Pathways to Independence-Texas to build trusted partnerships with property owners and referral networks alike.
